Received a ‘new’ screen that was shockingly damaged with deep, unsightly scratches. Clearly, no Quality Assurance was performed before shipping. I reached out to support days ago, but no response. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional experience. I’m out nearly $300 and left with a defective product. I strongly advise against purchasing from Screens people – their customer service and QA is abysmal and their products are apparently subpar. I’ve initiated a chargeback with my payment provider as a last resort since there has been no response.
